Another few small tips are having fresh air at night and the correct temperature in your room. If it is too hot or too cold you will have problems sleeping at night. Diet is another tip. If you have a good diet and do not eat too late in the evening you will sleep better. Exercise and a good diet help with several things in your body, and sleep is one of them.
